Information and trust

Privacy

Publication information is still incomplete. Commercial launch remains pending.

This page explains how QRissimo processes data. For a booking request, feedback or a form hosted for a business, also read the information displayed by that business.

Who processes your data?

Daniel-Romain BLANC EI, trading as BLANC-Conseil, manages account data and the QRissimo service. For content and forms published by a customer, that customer determines the purposes of processing; QRissimo provides the technical tools.

Which data, for which purposes?

Contact details, preferences, creations and access rights are used to provide your account, QR codes, shared workspaces and requested features. This processing is based on providing the service. Access controls and technical logs support security under legitimate interest. Billing records meet applicable obligations. QRissimo does not store full bank card details: payments are processed by Stripe.

Who can access the data?

The publisher, authorised workspace members and providers needed to operate the service access only the data relevant to their role. Content you publish becomes accessible according to your settings. Hostinger provides the configured hosting and email services; Stripe processes payments. Read these providers’ own privacy information for their terms, including any international transfers.

For how long?

Account data and creations are kept to provide the service and handle your requests. Moving a QR code to the trash frees a slot but does not permanently erase it. Retention of responses and attachments depends on the published form settings; PDF reports expire after 30 days. Some security logs and accounting records may be kept for their purposes or applicable obligations. Contact us to request erasure and learn which periods apply to your situation.

Cookies and usage measurement

QRissimo uses a session and preferences necessary for login, language and security. Dynamic link openings are technical events: they do not represent unique visitors or purchases. No IP address is retained for conversion attribution. An external service reached through a link then follows that service’s own rules.

Your rights and requests

You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and, depending on the processing, exercise your right to object. Write to bonjour@qrissimo.fr; proportionate identity verification may be necessary. You can also contact the French data protection authority, CNIL. For a form published by a business customer, first contact the address shown on its page.
